Golden Bee Cheese Dip

Yield: 12 servings

1 1/2 pounds American cheese

6 tablespoons unsalted butter

1/3 cup mayonnaise

1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

1/4 teaspoon hot sauce, such as Tabasco

1 1/2 tablespoons dry sherry

2 teaspoons dry mustard

1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

• Put butter and half the cheese in food processor; pulse for about 5 minutes.

• Add remaining cheese and all other ingredients and mix until smooth.

• Don't overmix or cheese will break down.

• Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.
